Daniel Brown MD, FACS
He has a passion for plastic surgery and skin care, since it allows him to help people improve their self-image. Seeing his patient’s positive physical and psychological improvements is extremely rewarding. He focuses on maximizing both procedure results and patient comfort. He is an effective listener, a trusted advisor and provides direct recommendations with a clear and caring communication style. Applying his surgical skill and intimate knowledge of human anatomy he artistically creates natural and remarkable results. Dr. Brown’s undergraduate and medical degrees were completed with high honors, and he completed a research fellowship at NYU. His residency training was completed in New York City with further advanced plastic surgery training at USCD. He enjoys surgical mission trips to Mexico where he volunteers his skills to repair cleft lips and palates for children.
Anahita Kemp MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
She is equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to address a wide range of healthcare and lifestyle needs, additionally, her expertise in concierge medicine ensures that patients receive the individualized attention and comprehensive care they deserve. Alongside Medical Director Dr. Daniel Brown, she drives the clinic’s mission of delivering exceptional patient-centered care. 1. Testosterone Replacement Therapy
TRT addresses the symptoms of low testosterone levels in men, enhancing energy, mood, libido, and muscle strength and recovery through methods like easy at-home injections, or topical creams/gels.
2. Clomid (Clomiphene)
Clomid (Clomiphene): Is a non-steroidal oral medication that boosts men’s own testosterone production and levels while maintaining fertility, unlike testosterone treatments.. The result in men is a modest improvement in testosterone levels through stimulating the body’s testosterone production, while preserving sperm production and fertility.
3. Semaglutide
The active pharmaceutical ingredient that has helped thousands of people lose and maintain weight loss in combination with diet and exercise. Our proprietary compounded Semaglutide liquid solution is crafted in our local US pharmacy to offer you the same high-quality treatment but without the inconvenience of needles and injections. 5. Hair loss therapy

7. B12 injections

8. Metformin
Initially developed as a type 2 diabetes drug, this medication lowers your blood sugar levels by improving insulin sensitivity and how your body handles insulin. Preliminary studies have shown that Metformin can aid in weight loss, improve lipid profiles, potentially prevent-age related disease and reduce health risks through optimizing insulin sensitivity and stabilizing blood sugar levels. Metformin is available as an oral tablet or cream.

How do I know if I have Low Testosterone?
Low Testosterone (male hypogonadism) can be caused by many different conditions. Symptoms may vary for each individual depending on different factors including age, body composition, chronic medical conditions, medications. Naturally as we age, testosterone levels decline in males. Aside from laboratory values, symptoms that may indicate low testosterone include low libido, male infertility, depressed mood, loss of hair, difficulty concentrating, loss of endurance and motivation, increased body fat and decreased lean muscle mass and many other symptoms. Your NeuMed Executive Health Provider will review your comprehensive laboratory results, complete an exam and discuss your symptoms to determine if you are a good candidate for therapy.
What therapy should I choose?
There are many different options for treatment, ranging from oral pills to injections to gels/creams. Your NeuMed Executive Health Provider will discuss your treatment options based on your symptoms, laboratory results, health and family history and develop a treatment plan while keeping your safety as our top priority. It is not uncommon to need some dose adjustments and repeat labs in the first few months of therapy until the optimal dose is determined. Your NeuMed Provider will monitor you closely to ensure you are progressing towards improved hormone balance and healthspan.
Will insurance cover my treatments?
On occasion testosterone replacement therapy may be covered by insurance. However, it is often difficult to get approval for testosterone therapy and in the rare occasion where approval is received the insurance provider may per-determine and dictate the dosage, frequency and other factors of therapy, leaving most patients at sub optimal doses and not much improvement in their symptoms. NeuMed Executive Men’s Health will develop a customized treatment plan for each unique individual.
